Spotio is a location-based visual discovery game. By creating an account or using Spotio, you agree to use it lawfully, safely, and respectfully.

Your account

Keep your login secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity on your account. Spotio may restrict or suspend accounts that abuse the service or other players.

Community hunts

You retain ownership of content you create and give Spotio permission to display and operate it as part of the game. Do not publish unlawful, harmful, misleading, private, or infringing content.

Gameplay and availability

Street imagery and radio are provided by third parties and may change or be unavailable. Scores may be removed where cheating, manipulation, or technical error is reasonably suspected.
